Guide for Administrators and Moderators
Founder
In retrospect and on a conceptual level to understand the Founder is basically Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent
Omnipotence: Founders have any and all powers and beyond.
Omniscience: Founders can know things within the website from edits to users.
Omnipresence: Founders exist simultaneously within all the categories and Admin Panel.
A Founder should be someone who is professional meaning someone who isn't biased, immature, childish, and overall a jerk because a healthy website is a friendly website since they hold the absolute power and authority they should be constantly active so they can help guide their staff and the users to the right directions. (All this is Optional)
Administrators
They are Near-Omnipotent and Near-Omniscient and fully Omnipresent.
Near-Omnipotence: Administrators don't have all the powers of the site.
Near-Omniscience: Administrators know almost all things about the site.
Omnipresence: Administrators can exist within all categories of the site.
Administrators are the people who help maintain the website with higher power than Global Moderators and Moderators combined as they can enter power sections that only the founders can go into and these people just like the founder should be people who aren't biased, immature, childish, and overall jerks since if the Administrators run amok it should be the Founder who handles them.
Note: Founders can limit the Admins to levels they want anytime or anywhere they please.
Global Moderators
The Global Moderators have the basic powers of any website, but they are wielding fake website power of Omnipotence and posse awareness and Near-Omnipresence.
Pseudo-Omnipotent: Global Moderators wield the basic controls if allowed.
Awareness: Global Moderators have knowledge of what goes on other than edits and other histories.
Near-Omnipresent: Global Moderators are allowed access within all categories other than the Administrator Panels.
The Global Moderators are chosen when the Administrators/Founder is absent their main job is to over watch the categories and rid the inappropriate users and threads.
Moderators
The Moderators have the basic powers of any websites, but they are wielding fake website power of Omnipotence and posse awareness and Near-Omnipresence.
Pseudo-Omnipotent: Moderators wield the basic controls if allowed.
Awareness: Moderators have knowledge of what goes on other than edits and other histories.
Pseudo-Omnipresence Moderators aren't allowed access within all categories other than the Administrator Panels and are often limited in power.
What they should do on the website.
Administrators should be patient, understanding, friendly, social, and active with others be it with their staff family or with members and if there's a problem it should be them to handle it be it questions, suggestions, and or threads made by members. And they should also keep their subordinates within the rules and they should also be the ones to also enforce the rules.
Global Moderators/Moderators should be like the administrators, but they should be more active than the other staff members as seen how their job is very complex but shouldn't change the fact they are talking to other users and should have the most upright respect for them disrespectful or not.
What they shouldn't do on the website.
Administrators just as the Founders shouldn't abuse their power it goes the same way with them because as an Admin you should drive for the safety of the users and rid the website of the problems not cause it and so they also shouldn't pick friends or families over other members because if they are the issue, then they should handle them.
Global Moderators/Moderators and like the others the Moderators shouldn't abuse the powers they wield for their personal use since they are often the most active they should have the common knowledge and common sense to not start the problems but to rid them this means they should swear, insult, and or allow the bullying of others.
